The Original Loftmaster staircase, designed by ourselves to meet full building regulations for alternate tread staircases. Each staircase is made to the customers exact floor to floor height and is supplied ready to assemble as a flat pack kit.

Standard Features. Takes up an average floor space of approximately 1500mm. Removable up stands to treads. Left or right handed, open side handrail. Wall mounted handrail and brackets. Manufactured from selected pine. Require a ceiling opening of 1300mm x 700mm. A totally new concept in staircase design, the Karina comprises of a series of treads and supports which can be used to make a stair of varying designs. The treads are made from solid beech with a heavy duty polished finish, whilst the tread supports and balustrade are available in a choice of either metallic grey, white or black powder finish. Each Karina kit will achieve a floor height of up to 2820mm, each stair is supplied with a handrail to one side.
